Aurlume — Terms of Service (DRAFT)
1. The service
Aurlume is a catalog studio for jewellers: you upload a photo of a piece, and our AI pipeline produces a multi-asset listing set (hero, lifestyle, macro, and social images) from it. The service is provided through aurlume.app and our mobile apps.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
3. Plans and credits
- Maker — $19/month, 15 pieces per month.
- Studio — $49/month, 50 pieces per month.
- Boutique — $119/month, 150 pieces per month.
- New accounts receive 3 pieces free to evaluate the service.
- Unused piece credits roll over for 90 days.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and credits remain usable until they expire under the rollover rule.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in USD and exclude taxes where applicable.

4. Your content and your rights
- You keep all rights in the photos you upload. You grant Aurlume the license needed to store, process, and transform them solely to provide the service (including sending them to our AI processor, Google Gemini, as described in the Privacy Policy).
- You must only upload products and images you own or have the right to use commercially.
- Subject to these terms and any unpaid fees, you may use the generated asset set for your own commercial listings and marketing.
5. AI output — verify before you publish
Generated images are AI-produced renderings of your piece. Our Fidelity Check / Loupe Review process is designed to keep stones, settings, chains, and finishes faithful to your photo, but it is a review aid, not a guarantee. You are responsible for checking every generated image against the physical piece before using it in a listing, and for the accuracy of your listings to your own customers.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use Aurlume to: upload content you have no right to use; create deceptive listings (e.g., images that misrepresent a product's materials or stones to buyers); infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights; or attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or resell the service itself.
7. Availability and changes
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We may change features, plans, or pricing with notice to account holders. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages; our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may terminate accounts for material breach of these terms. On termination, your right to use the service ends; deletion of your data follows the Privacy Policy.
